The apartment contais of living room+kitchen, two rooms and
bathroom, and itis sitiuated on ground flour and has 48,65 m2 surface.
It has seperated entrence, and full access to the area
around the house inclunding outside terrace.

Distance from sea
is 250m where the first local beach is placed, distance from second local beach
is 950m. On both beaches you can find ceffe bars, rent
a boat or go scuba diving, and on the first local beach there is a field for
socker. On the first beach you will find shadow from one hundred years old
pines, and on the second same aged olive trees.
